This brass comes from a leading AR15 manufacturing facility and is M193 military surplus, used as the facility's test ammunition for all newly produced rifles. Small Base Sized
Trimmed to 1.746 +/- .003
Shoulder Bumped Back to -0.003 as per SAAMI Specs, using a RCBS Precision Micrometer
